One Half Beef straight from our farm to Hydes Meat Packing, made to order at the way you want it. Typically this is around 300lbs of meat. Butcher’s fee will need to be payed upon pick up (End of January to Hyde’s Meat Packing). The fee is dependent on the different cuts of meat you order and how you want it packaged. This is typically 1 dollar to 1.50 per pound.
